Please find the <br /> enclosed well permit application package. Included in this application package are the following: <br /> • Attachment 1 —Well Permit Application for Rough and Ready Island; <br /> • Attachment 2—Groundwater Monitoring Work Plan; <br /> • Attachment 3 —DTSC and RWQCB Approval for the Work Plan'; <br /> • Attachment 4—Data Gap Investigation Memorandum; <br /> • Attachment 5—DTSC and RWQCB Approval for the Memorandum; <br /> • Attachment 6—Penecore Drilling, Inc.C-57 license and COI;and <br /> • Payment check in the amount of$912 ($456 for the Work Plan Review fee, $456 for maximum <br /> initial fee for the 24 soil borings). <br /> This work is scheduled to start on April 15,2019 pending San Joaquin County approval of this permit and <br /> should be completed in approximately six weeks.
