LAND SURVEYNG • LAND PLANNING <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> August 19, 2025 Job No 2024-163 <br /> Description of the Religious Assembly Operational Schedule: <br /> We, Manoj and Gauri Rathi, owners of APN 209-390-26, would like to convert the <br /> existing storage building to a prayer hall. We are devotees of Shree Swami <br /> Samarth Maharaj — a saint from 1800s in India. We would like to provide <br /> opportunity to the devotees of Shree Swami Samarth in the region to pray at this <br /> location. <br /> We will conduct prayers 3 times a day, 7 days a week as shown on Exhibit "B". <br /> 7 am Morning cleaning and prayer will include a single worshiper cleaning the <br /> premises and citing the morning prayers, typically 45 minutes in total. 10:30 am <br /> morning prayer will be around 10 minutes in duration, performed typically by a <br /> single person or a family. Evening 7 pm prayer will be 25-30 minutes on <br /> Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday attended by a couple of <br /> families (4 to 8 worshipers). On Thursdays and Sundays, the prayer will be <br /> around 1.5 hours in duration, attended by up to 10 families (20 to 40 worshipers). <br /> All prayers will be performed inside the building. There will be no outside event or <br /> gathering. We plan to use an indoor speaker for the prayers, which will be low <br /> volume and no sound will be heard outside the building. There will be no outside <br /> speakers on the premises.
