Programmatic Sampling and Analysis Plan Project Number:60657245 <br /> . Introduction <br /> On March 12, 2021, the California Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board)executed <br /> order (WQ 2021-0006-DWQ) (California Water Boards, 2021) under California Water Code <br /> Sections 13267 and 13383, based on the potential use and storage of per- and polyfluoroalkyl <br /> substances (PFAS).
