Programmatic Sampling and Analysis Plan Project Number:60657245 <br /> 5.2 Soil Sampling <br /> Soil samples will be collected as described in Section 3.1 and field activities will be conducted in <br /> accordance with the field SOPs. Samples will be analyzed for PFAS for both surface and <br /> subsurface soils as required in Order WQ 2021-0006-DWQ (California Water Boards, 2021). <br /> Subsurface soils may require a drill rig to reach the desired depth. Decontamination procedures <br /> using PFAS-free water will be in used for sampling and drilling equipment as applicable. <br /> See Section 4.1 for bottle and preservation requirements. <br /> Sampling procedures will conform to the direction set forth in the California State Water Quality <br /> Control Board PFAS Sampling Guidelines for Non-Drinking Water (California Water Boards, <br /> 2020). <br /> 5.3 Water Sampling <br /> Groundwater, stormwater, and wastewater samples will be collected as described in Sections <br /> 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4 and field activities will be conducted in accordance with the field SOPs. Samples <br /> will be analyzed for PFAS, general chemistry, and metals as required in Order WQ 2021-0006- <br /> DWQ (California Water Boards, 2021).
