<br />OBSERVATIONS: There is no sanitizer available for the 3 compartment sink. Provide sanitizer today. Corrected during
<br />inspection.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The dispensing tube for the half and half is not cut at an angle. Product is collecting at the end of the hose.
<br />Cut the hoses at a 45 degree angle so product completely drains from the hose.
<br />There are personal items in the ice inside the ice maker. Remove the personal items and do not store anything in the ice
<br />maker.
<br />The ice deflector plate has mildew build up. Clean and sanitize the deflector plate today.
