Valid food handler cards provided for all of them . <br />Hand sink has soap and paper towels from new dispensers mounted on the wall. <br />Huge cooking pots have been removed permanently from facility. <br />Interior and exterior surfaces of the cooking equipment and the exterior surfaces of cooling units at the cooking area, are <br />cleaned. <br />Accurate thermometer is provided. <br />Hood filter plates are cleaned. <br />Mop sink and 3 comp sink have new water faucets units installed. <br />No more re inspection is required at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
