All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed an open container of mayonnaise being held at room temperature. Store mayonnaise in a cooler <br />at 41 F or lower. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. Repair/replace self-closing device to <br />prevent the entrance of vermin. Correct within three days. (REPEAT) <br />Service screens were observed with holes. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable.
