Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: TAQUERIA LA FAMILIA ANTOJITOS MEXICANOS #4NR8746, 620 S SACRAMENTO ST, LODI 952 <br />Mobile Food Facility Official Inspection Report <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Existing floor in the food trailer was observed to be constructed of unapproved floor material but in good <br />condition. At time of replacing the floor material, ensure it meets the current California Retail Food Code requirement: Floors <br />shall be constructed of approved materials and shall be impervious, smooth, easily cleanable, and provide employee safety <br />from slipping. The floor/wall juncture shall be coved with a minimum 3/8 inch radius and the floor surface shall extend up the <br />wall at least four inches. (Vinyl rubber top-set base is not acceptable material). Equipment shall be sealed to the floor or raised <br />6 inches off the floor by means of easily cleanable legs or feet . (CRFC Section 114301). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
