Manifest #007366987 on shipment date 07/23/2024 was missing and not on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with <br />section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which <br />received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br />accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years for all hazardous waste. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the <br />report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD <br />hourly rate ($179). Hazardous waste <br />disposal records shall be kept on site for 3 years.
