This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br />to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br />manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility <br />file for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department(EHD). <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 10-25-2020 . <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />152).
