Statement of Corrective Action <br />Violation #3010022 – Posted Valid Emergency Information Next to the Telephone <br />I, Faisal Danishjo, on behalf of Marathon Food and Gas, located at 1605 S El Dorado St, Stockton, <br />CA, certify that corrective actions have been taken to address the noted violation. <br />The required Emergency Information Notice has been completed and now includes the name and <br />telephone number of the Emergency Coordinator, the fire department contact information, and <br />emergency number (911).
