The following is an itemized list of Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br />violations that have not been addressed for AA GASOLINE INC as of June 19, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 14, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #48 - 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site.
