The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for 7-ELEVEN INC. #41531 as of June 12, 2026. <br />Open violations from June 17, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #2 - 3020001 - Employees thoroughly familiar with all waste handling and emergency procedures. <br />OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, Mr. Prabnjot Singh (the only employee on site) could not demonstrate <br />how to handle hazardous waste or properly trained. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br />emergencies. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
