(AGI) has prepared this Work Plan for the properties located at 26700 <br /> Banta Road, Tracy, California (site or subject property). This work plan has been prepared <br /> as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> application for drilling permit. A plan of the site with proposed soil boring locations is <br /> presented in Figure 1. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> As part of a potential property transfer, AGI will advance borings at the site for the <br /> collection of soil samples. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES <br /> AGI proposes to advance a total of ten (10) soil borings at the site. The borings will be <br /> advanced on parcel 252-150-080-000 to depths of 20 feet below surface grade (bsg) for <br /> the collection of soil samples and grab groundwater samples. In addition, soil-vapor <br /> samples will be collected from each of the borings. Proposed boring locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment drilling permits will be obtained from the EHD. Also, a site- <br /> specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared prior to field work. Prior to mobilization, <br /> each soil probe boring location will be clearly marked, and a utility clearance obtained <br /> through Underground Service Alert (USA/811).
