Phase 1 includes the construction of a 1,000 square foot break awning, a 2,500 square foot arbor and an upgrade wastewater system and management operations of treated processed wastewater for Vineyard irrigation. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 272,941 square foot case goods warehouse and relocation of an existing 195 square foot shed. Phase 3 includes the construction of a 277,900 square foot warehouse facility. Phase 4 includes 87 additional parking spaces and a 4,000 square foot training/hospitality center. Phase 5 includes the construction of a 13,000 square foot public relations facility. The project site has direct access to East Woodbridge Road. The project will use on-site well and septic systems, and natural drainage for storm water. This project site is not under a Williamson Act Contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is south of E Woodbridge Road, 573ft West of Kennefick Road, Acampo. (APN/Address: 017-090-58/5950 E Woodbridge Rd, Acampo)(Supervisorial District: 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved.
