This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br />accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. The signed copy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest was <br />obtained during the inspection. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />25 22 CCR 12 66262.16(b)(4)(A), 66262.17(a)(5)(A) 3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous <br />waste <br />OBSERVATION: One 55-gallon drum containing a hose containminated with gasoline located in the trash enclosure was <br />observed without an accumulation start date on the hazardous waste label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: § 66262.16(b)(4)(A) A small quantity generator shall mark or label its containers with 1. <br />words "Hazardous Waste" 2. composition of the wastes 3. physical state of the wastes 4. hazards of the contents 5. <br />name and address of person generating the waste 6. accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site during the inspection. The accumulation start date was added to the <br />label. A complete <br />report was finished on July 2, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. The following were amended from the initial <br />checklist: added items: #8, #25 and updated Overall Inspection Comments. <br />All violations were corrected on site during the inspection. No additional follow up is required. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
