It appears that this would fall under "emergency work" which bypasses the 72 <br />hour requirement and requires notification be submitted within one business day. Our technician determined that the sensor needed to be <br />replaced like for like and our technician verified that the new sensor was functioning properly. Per the attached Permit <br />Guidance we will need to process a "UST Retrofit - No Fee Permit". Would it be possible to waive the 72hr notification <br />so we can submit a report for the new the sensor? If not, then we will plan on scheduling the sensor certification once <br />we process the UST Retrofit - No Fee Permit. <br />
