Hickox <br />Secretary for <br />Environmental <br />Protection <br />Public records available al the San Joaquin County Assessors Office indicate the parcel containing the <br />wastewater ponds (APN No. 049-020-09) is owned by Lodi Storage Associates; the property where the <br />wastewater is generated (APN No. 043-031-10) is owned by the City of Lodi, and occupied by Clements <br />This letter is a second request for a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) for the industrial wastewater <br />treatment and disposal system at the Lodi Wine and Business Center located at 1 Winemasters Way, <br />Lodi. The request for the report is made pursuant to Section 13267 of the Porter-Cologne Water Quality <br />Control Act (California Water Code). This discharge is a violation of California Water Code Section <br />13260 and the above four entities are at risk of enforcement activities. Staff has attempted to work <br />cooperatively with the identified operator of the site to bring the discharge into compliance with <br />requirements. The 21 December 2000 letter requested submittal of a RWD by 1 March 2001; the RWD <br />was not submitted. On 22 March 2001, the Cranbrook Group submitted a due date extension request in <br />order to evaluate its options. A 90 extension is approved. Pursuant to Section 13267 of the California <br />Water Code, a complete RWD must be submitted no later than 5 July 2001.
