While measuring VW-6D, flow to the pump was restricted after on minute of <br /> measuring, and landfill gas measurement was not able to be recorded. <br /> 2. While measuring VW-7D, flow to the pump was restricted after 2 minutes of <br /> measures, and landfill gas measurement was not able to be recorded. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Make the necessary repairs to allow for landfill gas measurements to be taken at <br /> these probes. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> 1.
