Stantec Consulting <br /> Services Inc. (Stantec) submitted this document on your behalf for the following <br /> petroleum leaking underground storage tank (UST) cases, collectively the Stockton <br /> Charter Way Commingled Plume (CP0057; Site): <br /> • Chevron Station #9-2033 (Chevron) at 508 West Charter Way (Lead), <br /> • ARCO #2168 (ARCO) at 441 West Charter Way, <br /> • Colombo/Toscana at 1444 South Lincoln Street, and <br /> • Former Texaco Station (Texaco) at 440 West Charter Way. <br /> In the Work Plan, Stantec proposes to install two new Accelerated Remediation <br /> Technologies Inc. (ART) remediation wells on the Texaco property and on the adjacent <br /> property to the east of the Texaco property. These two wells are in addition to the eight <br /> existing ART wells on and around the Texaco property. The ART wells have two <br /> separate screened intervals, one in the vadose zone and one submerged in <br /> groundwater. Staff does not concur with the scope of work at this time and requests a <br /> brief work plan addendum. Table 1 below presents a summary of the proposed scope of <br /> work.
