Proposed Remediation Well Installation Work Plan <br /> Stockton Charter Way Commingled Plume #CP0057 <br /> February 14, 2025 <br /> 2.2.3 Reporting <br /> A report summarizing the well installation activities will be prepared and submitted to the <br /> CRWQCB-CVR. The report will be uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> 3.0 PROPOSED ART WELL REMEDIATION <br /> With regulatory approval, ART wells are planned to be installed in the Second quarter of 2025 at <br /> the locations shown on Figure 2. Immediately following installation or as soon as possible <br /> thereafter, the wells will be connected to the existing lateral ART well remediation piping via <br /> underground trenching and piping connections. ART pumps from existing wells will be reused <br /> and installed in the new ART wells. Pumps may be decontaminated before installing in the new <br /> wells to prevent cross contamination. Based on recent remediation success, it is estimated that <br /> new ART wells would need to be operated for a period of six months through the remainder of <br /> 2025 to meet LTCP groundwater cleanup criteria. <br /> 4.0 BBU AS/SVE REMEDIATION <br /> The existing AS/SVE system was switched from operating the existing ART well array and <br /> converted to run on the BBU AS/SVE wells in December 2024. Operation of the AS/SVE system is <br /> targeted to address residual benzene concentrations above LTCP criteria in the area indicated <br /> on Figure 5. Based on prior Phase I remedial operations, it is estimated that additional AS/SVE <br /> remedial operations on the BBU will take approximately six months of active remediation to meet <br /> LTCP groundwater requirements. It is assumed that BBU AS/SVE operations will continue through <br /> the Second quarter of 2025 until the additional ART wells proposed herein are connected to the <br /> remediation system and the new ART well remediation is ready to be operated. <br /> ® Stantec 5 <br />
