The <br /> proposed system will generate up to 2.0 megawatts of alternative current(AC) of solar energy. The project will <br /> interconnect to PG&E's pre-existing electrical distribution system adjacent to the site along West Kingdon Road. The <br /> power generated from the proposed system will be sold to PG&E through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. <br /> The proposed system will utilize approximately 5,238 solar modules and 8 string inverters to convert the sun's energy <br /> into useable AC power. Single axis tracking technology will be used to allow the modules to track the sun throughout the <br /> day. The modules will be mounted on a steel racking system that will be anchored into the ground using driven steel <br /> piers. <br /> The parcel is accessed from West Kingdon Road, and is served by on-site well and septic systems, and natural storm <br /> drainage. The parcel is not under Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of West Kingdon Road, 2,100 feet east of North Thornton <br /> Road, Lodi.
