A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month, less <br />than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers are <br />unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />obtain an ID number .
