The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for VALLEY TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION STOCKTON as of August 26, <br />2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: Diesel stains were observed throughout the facility. Per, Accountant Linda Jimenez the facility puts <br />new soil on top of the diesel stained soil. The facility does not clean up the diesel contaminated soil. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the <br />disposal is at a facility which does not have a permit from the department issued pursuant to this chapter, or at any <br />point which is not authorized according to this chapter. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation <br />to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) or other authorized point. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean all diesel contaminated soil throughout the yard. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste was found stored on-site in containers that are not in good condition. <br />-> 1 12"x 8"x 12" cardboard box containing used oily rags and gloves was observed with staining on the bottom <br />portion of the box. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste shall be stored in a containers that are in good condition. If a container <br />holding hazardous waste is not in good condition (e.g., severe rusting, apparent structural defects), or if it begins to <br />leak, the owner or operator shall transfer the hazardous waste from this container to a container that is in good <br />condition, or manage the waste in some other way that complies with the hazardous waste requirements. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately transfer all hazardous wastes into containers that are in good condition.
