I see that training was provided and the content looks good. However, I don’t think I see <br />anything for that last sentence of the corrective action guidance in the report. It relates to CCR <br />66262.17(a)(7)(D)1 through 4. <br /> <br />(D) The training records required by this subsection must demonstrate compliance with <br />subsection (a)(7)(A) and include the specific elements set out in subsection (a)(7)(D)1 through 4. <br />The large quantity generator shall maintain the following documents and records at the facility: <br />1. The job title for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and the <br />name of the facility personnel filling each job; <br />2. A written job description for each position listed under subsection (a)(7)(D)1 of this section. This <br />description may be consistent in its degree of specificity with descriptions for other similar <br />positions in the same company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, <br />education, or other qualifications, and duties of facility personnel assigned to each position; <br />3. A written description, including a syllabus and/or outline, of the type and amount of both <br />introductory and continuing training that will be given to each person filling a position listed under <br />subsection (a)(7)(D)1 of this section; and <br />4. Facility personnel -signed or -certified records that document that the training required under <br />subsections (a)(7)(A), (B), and (C) of this section has been given to, and completed by, each facility <br />personnel. <br /> <br />#7 – Closed <br /> <br />#11 – Closed <br /> <br />#14 – Open. I received but have not yet reviewed the analytical results for observation 1 and it looks like <br />the facility is still working on observation 2. <br /> <br />#20 – Open, still waiting on report. <br /> <br />#24 – Closed <br /> <br />#26 – Open. Was the drum containing used oil filters noted in the inspection report also picked up? It <br />looks like the manifest has 6 drums of liquid oily water, but I don’t see any solids.
