Safety-Kleen (Clean Harbors) was contacted and they <br />provided a Generator Waste Report that lists the wastes that were picked up from the facility on consolidated <br />manifests for recycling from January 2023 to present day (see Attachment C). All future consolidated manifest <br />receipts will be maintained on-site for three years. <br />A manifest correction letter was mailed to the DTSC <br />on 6/9/2026. A copy of the letter is provided in Attachment B.
