It has powerful burners type “Guitar" with high capacity <br />38,000 BTU/hr. each one, controlled by safety thermostat 212 °F - 572 °F (100 °C - 300 °C), CSA and ANSI <br />certified. It provides fast recovery time and a large heat transfer area, that rapidly heats oil to the desired <br />temperature, resulting in less oil absorption and better tasting products. <br />Griddle model is ATMG-24. Stainless steel exterior and interior. Also, stainless steel grease drawer. Heavy duty <br />3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate. 30,000 BTU burners per 12” section with standby pilots. Independent <br />manual controls for each 12” section.
