This project proposes use of an existing office within an existing building <br /> for administrative services. The remainder of the parcel will continue to serve as the <br /> railroad materials warehouse, outdoor storage, and distribution facilities previously <br /> approved under Site Approval No. SA-92-0004. This existing use is now legally <br /> nonconforming. No new construction is proposed. This project proposes a Zoning <br /> Administrator's Determination to maintain the existing gravel surfacing. Access to the <br /> project site will continue to be provided via the existing access road at the terminus of <br /> North Wilcox Road. Wastewater service will continue to be provided by the existing <br /> private septic system, water service will continue to be supplied by California Water <br /> Service, and stormwater drainage will continue to be conveyed through CSA 17 <br /> Cherokee Industrial Park storm drainage system.
