Nassano Dr. <br />The EHD has conducted 3 separate visits to the property looking for any improvement regarding accumulation of <br />trash. No progress has been made to the property. All inspections found solid waste consisting of paper, <br />cardboard, plastic bags, tires, dry wood, wooden fence panels, blankets, vehicle parts, and vehicle batteries. Hazelton Ave. Stockton, CA 95205 to discuss the violations and steps for resolution <br />Failure to appear at the hearing may result in further legal action. <br />On October 9, 2025, a complaint was made to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />regarding the accumulation of trash on the south side of property causing an infestation of rats in the surrounding <br />areas. Two Notices to Abate were mailed to the subject property. The second Notice to Abate was certified mailed, <br />and a signed Domestic Return Receipt was received by the Environmental Health Department ensuring the letter <br />was received. A Notice of Office Hearing letter was mailed to Albert F. Treskon Et al. Trust at 9157 N. Nassano Dr. <br />Stockton, CA 95212. A Notice of Office Hearing letter was also mailed to an associated property, made out to Alan <br />& Eleanor Treskon at 9227 Nassano Dr. Stockton, CA 9227. Both were mailed via certified and regular mail.
