(C)WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL BY <br /> AMBULANCE. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint re-inspection.All violations corrected. Time logs are now kept for sushi at buffet.
