A complete report <br />was finished on September 15, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to RTC@SJGOV.ORG with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork <br />within 30 days of receiving the inspection report, October 15, 2026 (30 days). <br />NOTE: <br />This is the first inspection at the new location. The previous location was at 410 S El Dorado St. The last inspections <br />at the previous location were 3/1/2020 for Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) and 3/18/2020 for Hazardous <br />Waste (HW).
