The <br />facility has been transporting waste on their EPA ID number for their former location CAL 000453482. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: 66262.18 (a) Except as specified in (f), a generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, <br />transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without having received a U.S. EPA Identification Number from the <br />Department. <br />(b) A generator who has not received a U.S. EPA Identification Number shall obtain one by applying to the Department <br />using U.S. EPA form 8700-12. Upon receiving the request, the Department will assign a U.S. EPA Identification Number <br />to the generator. <br />(c) A generator shall not offer its hazardous waste to transporters or to transfer, treatment, storage or disposal facilities <br />that have not received a U.S. EPA Identification Number. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit documentation to the CUPA demonstrating that you have obtained an Identification <br />Number. Ensure that you complete the annual Electronic Verification Questionaire to maintain an active Identification <br />Number. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />1868 E.
