All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Bar soap was observed at the restroom hand sink. Bar soap is not approved. Provide liquid or powder hand <br />soap in a dispenser at the sink. Correct today. <br />The hand sink in the restroom lacks warm water. Nothing comes out of the cold water faucet and the warm water faucet has <br />cold water. Repair sink so that it is in good working order with cold and warm (100 F or higher) water. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair.
