A <br />hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br />obtaining and maintaining an Identification Number. To maintain an active Identification Number you must annually <br />complete the Electronic Verification Questionnaire (eVQ). <br />- CAL000422599 is inactive <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification (ID) <br />Number. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />reactivate your ID number. Submit documentation to the CUPA demonstrating that you have obtained an Identification <br />Number, or taken necessary steps to reactivate an inactive number.
