Immediately implement a remedial excavation of <br /> the impacted soil, make a hazardous waste determination of all waste materials and dispose per the Title 22 regulations.The disposal of any <br /> hazardous waste,or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous <br /> waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5(a).] Immediately schedule the clean up and notify EHD in advance of all clean up activities.
