  <br />I spoke to my supervisors about your concerns and below is <br />their response: <br />  <br />At this time the facility is has an active permit in the <br />following programs: Hazardous Waste, Aboveground Storage <br />Tank (APSA) and Hazardous Materials (HMBP).  <br />  <br />Below is what is needed for us to change them to inactive.  <br />  <br />Generator  <br />The generator needs to be drained of the diesel fuel <br />inside, please provide proof. <br />  <br />Diesel Tank <br />Diesel tank needs to be drained of the diesel fuel inside, <br />please provide proof.  <br />  <br />Used oil tank  <br />Needs to be certified clean, please provide proof.  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />Feel free to reach out with any questions <br />  <br />  <br />Maria E.
