The annual CERS submittals were submitted late. <br />2025 CERS submittal was submitted on 1/20/2025. 2024 CERS submittals was submitted on 1/26/2024, 1/9/2024 <br />was missing inventory and ER submittal. 2023 CERS submittal was submitted on 1/26/2023 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
