Missing emergency response equipment were not included. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />All observed violations were corrected on site. No follow up is needed. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
