Hazelton Ave <br />Stockton, Ca. 95205 <br />Dear Ms. Jamie Lima, <br />Thank you for your visit to our location on May 30, 2018. During your visit, you brought an item to our attention. <br />We have noted the issue below with our plan to address it. <br />Minor Violation: <br />■ HSC 25506(a)(1)Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable <br />materials on site. <br />All chemicals on the retail floor are not reported on the CERS website. Any material that meets or <br />exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the <br />hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Response: Contacted Verisk3E to submit our SDS index to CE RS immediately. Rebecca with Verisk3E responded via <br />phone and advised us that they would be correcting the required inventory on the CE RS site. Verisk3E, Costco's <br />contracted regulatory partner, prepares and submits all regulatory submittals on behalf of CA Costco locations. On <br />6/1/2018, Verisk3E regulatory team representative, Karina Romero, confirmed that the Hazardous Materials <br />Business Plan (HMBP) has been updated in CE RS.
