0 0 C Evacuation Plan Acknowledgement Sheet <br /> Team 8erv�eea <br /> PRISv1Taarrr.Services has established an evacuation plan in the event that a Fire/Explosion, Earthquake, Medical <br /> emergency, Chemical spill or Criminal activity was to occur. <br /> In the event that such occurrences were to take place and warehouse management informs warehouse personnel to <br /> evacuate the building you are to do the following. <br /> 1. Personnel are asked to immediately evacuate the building meaning stop what you are doing and head towards <br /> the nearest emergency exit (Do not go to retrieve your personal belongings during the evacuation process). <br /> 2. When evacuating all warehouse personnel are asked to regroup and await warehouse management/emergency <br /> personnel at the rally point which is on the outside of the main warehouse entrance located across from United <br /> Facilities. <br /> 3.
