This site is <br /> located at 1011 South Cherokee Lane, City of Lodi, (San Joaquin County),California(subject property or <br /> site). The site is currently occupied by J&D Auto Body, an automobile repair business. The subject <br /> property is located on parcel 047-400-07 situated on the west side of Cherokee Lane roughly midway <br /> between Vine Street and Poplar Street approximately '/4-mile northwest of the Kettleman Lane on- <br /> ramp/off-ramp to/from State Route 99 in the southeastern part of Lodi (Figure 1). Dick & Jeanette <br /> Guthrie, Trustees of the J&D Trust are the current owners of the site, which consists of two buildings <br /> supporting automobile maintenance, service and repair; asphalt paved areas for parking and material <br /> storage, and attendant landscaping and perimeter fencing. Environmental issues identified on the subject <br /> property included the historical use of the site as an automobile repair facility since at least 1967. <br /> Specifically, the generation of significant volumes of hazardous waste, temporary storage areas for <br /> hazardous waste, and the past location of a spray-paint booth.
