We <br /> know of no financial guarantees that said system will be <br /> completed. <br /> * The test wells showed the needed volume for household and <br /> fire protection, <br /> * Water is to be provided to each created lot within this <br /> subdivision, <br /> i <br /> * Water has been shown to meet Title 22 standards for this <br /> subdivision by the test wells. Although until the <br /> production wells are installed and tested for Title 22 <br /> standards we are unable to verify this water will meet <br /> Title 22 requirements. <br /> This community water system was supposed to be completed <br /> in June of 1991, then October of 1991, which it has not <br /> come to be. Completion date is unknown at this time, , <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division Will approve individual sewage disposal <br /> systems on each lot within this subdivision under permit. <br /> A Septic system must be installed on each lot within the <br /> sewage disposal area upon construction of the residence. <br /> This septic system must meet San Joaquin County standard <br /> for individual disposal systems which include a septic <br /> tank and a double leach field system provided with an <br /> alternating distribution box. <br /> A nmsion of San Joaquin County Health Care Scrvicc5 �� <br />
