A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests <br /> from the Environmental Health Division is required. { <br /> i <br /> 0302 An Improvement Plan shall be submitted showing the <br /> location of the well and sewage disposal area (including <br /> a 1005 expansion) . <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project.
