The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> 'i Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests from <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001, <br /> 5-3003 and 5-3013)• �p�►j 1(,w too,Look �? <br /> b. Construct an individum 'sewage d sp sal systam(s) under a pp rmiitt and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> I � <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> Section 5-4207). <br /> e.
