These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. a <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County f <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permits. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) (EDP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115.' <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation--under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
