Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> L A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 14, 2004, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> 4 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
