Henry Road, Farmington <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane(DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by <br /> a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> G. Construction of individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: Agricultural <br /> discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to <br /> the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
