Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, dated October 21, 1999,was deemed <br /> inadequate. Prior to Parcel/Final Map approval, an addendum report shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The addendum shall encompass the total project. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$186.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: One of the Environmental Health Department's staff found 2 monitoring wells that need <br /> to be properly destroyed under permit with the Environmental Health Department. <br /> Page 1 of 2 � 1//F&EP <br />
