Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow <br /> prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the <br /> discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall <br /> also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of <br /> the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by <br /> San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> A Division off San luayuin County Health Care Services <br />
