Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of finai map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> Parishioners the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> e.
